National Housing Corporation is a DC community based corporation founded in the year 2000 through the collaboration of a mortgage loan company (Mortgage Unlimited Corporation) and a real estate company (Hope Properties).

The Board and staff of National Housing Corporation (NHC) possess decades of experience in a variety of professional areas including mortgage lending and underwriting, real estate brokerage, computer programming, consumer education (first-time home buying assistance and preventing lending abuse), housing and community development, and program administration.

Today National Housing Corporation Learning Center provides professional certification career training programs in the areas of Personal and Mortgage Finance, Microsoft Office Technology, Customer Service (& Call Center) Specialist.
Veteran Training
NHCLC is a primary jobs skills development resource for military veterans, the disadvantage (low-to moderate income), minorities, disabled area residents, and retirees that are interested in working at a highly skilled level.
Unemployment Training
NHCLC is committed to servicing the under and unemployed that have been impacted by economic downsizing with professional job skill upgrades for high demand occupations in a changing job market.
Industry Standard
NHC Learning Center effectively prepares and provides our students with industry recognized certification examinations.
